Solution to Fix “Skinny Fat” Sick

I’m sure you all heard the term skinny fat. This is when someone is fat but does not take up much space. Someone close to their target weight, but gentle at all. Honestly, this is a super easy thing to fix, but many people go about it the wrong way. A fat person thin, only 3 months away from their bodies change, they just need to attack this problem the right way.
[This is not an example of fat people thin. I just wanted to insert Halloween-themed picture, since this holiday is to approach many of us. I think it was psychotic when people wore animal heads without the rest of the costume.]
